Before You Come In
How long does a showroom visit take?
Most visits run 45 minutes to an hour. If you are early in planning and just browsing materials, 30 minutes is plenty. If you are ready to spec a full kitchen, budget closer to 90 minutes and let us know when you book.
What should I bring?
Photos of the space on your phone are the single most useful thing. Rough measurements help. If you have a floor plan, inspiration images, or a Pinterest board, bring those too — they tell us more about your taste than any questionnaire.
Is there any cost or obligation?
No. Showroom visits, consultations, estimates, and 3D renderings are all free. You are not committing to anything by coming in.
Can I just walk in without an appointment?
We recommend booking. Our team is often out on job sites, so an appointment guarantees someone is here to walk you through materials rather than you arriving to a locked door.
What if I need to reschedule?
Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel, or call us at (347) 837-8253. No penalty, no awkwardness — we would rather move it than have you rush.
Do you do in-home visits instead?
Yes. If getting to Winter Springs is difficult, we come to you. Call us or use the contact form and we will arrange an in-home consultation across Seminole and Orange Counties.
